Is registration required to use FaxTelecom?

In short

Not at all. There is no account to open and no password to remember. The form only wants your name and an email address; that inbox gets the confirmation link and then the tracking. One page goes free; a card is only requested for a document longer than one page (€3.99 VAT included) or for the receipts option.

One send, one form

Each fax is handled as a self-contained request: you fill in the form, confirm by email, and the fax goes out. Nothing is stored as a profile, and you will not have to log back in next time.

The fields we ask for

Your name, your email, the recipient’s country and number, a subject and a cover-page message, plus the PDF. Name, subject and message feed the cover page; the email is used to validate the send (a confirmation link valid for three minutes) and to deliver the tracking, along with the receipts if you chose them. Any payment goes through Stripe: FaxTelecom never sees your card number.

Finding a send again

Each fax has its own tracking page, reachable from the email you received. It shows progress live and, with the option, lets you download the receipts as PDFs. Keep that message: it works as your history.

Key points

  • No account, no login details.
  • Name and email are all we need from the sender.
  • A card only from 2 pages, or for the receipts option.
  • Every fax has its tracking page, linked from the email.
