How much does FaxTelecom charge to send a fax?

In short

Nothing for one page: a single-page fax goes out free, and you can send as many of them as you like. From the second page on, the price is flat: €3.99 including VAT per send, whether the document runs to 2 pages or 40. PDF receipts are optional (€2.99 incl. VAT), and your pages never carry advertising.

The whole price list in two lines

FaxTelecom keeps its pricing deliberately short. A one-page document: €0. Anything from two pages up: €3.99 incl. VAT for the entire send, with no per-page surcharge. French VAT at 20% is included, and there are no hidden fees and no monthly plan.

Payment is taken by card, through Stripe, when you submit the form, before the confirmation email goes out. For a one-page fax the payment step simply never shows up. Either way, you don't create an account.

The receipts add-on

You can tick the PDF receipts option, priced at €2.99 incl. VAT. It gives you two documents: a receipt for your request and a transmission receipt. If the fax never reaches the recipient, that amount is not charged.

It earns its keep whenever you may later need to show that something was sent on a given date: a contract cancellation, a complaint, a document in an administrative file.

What the price does not include

FaxTelecom is an outbound service. It assigns no fax number and accepts no incoming faxes. A reply by fax will therefore have to land somewhere else: on your own machine, or with a dedicated receiving service.

Key points

  • One page: free, however many times you send.
  • Longer documents: a flat €3.99 incl. VAT per send, whatever the length.
  • Optional PDF receipts: €2.99 incl. VAT, billed only once the fax is delivered.
  • Card payment via Stripe, 20% VAT included, no account to open.
