Fax,
connected to today’s network.
FaxTelecom started in 2026 from a plain observation: plenty of organisations still insist on a fax, yet hardly anyone owns a fax machine any more. We bridge that gap from your browser.
What we do
We turn a PDF into a fax and route it to a landline in one of our seven destination countries — no hardware, no subscription, no account to open. A single page goes out free; anything longer costs a flat €3.99 including VAT for the whole document. Every step shows on screen, from the email confirmation to the final status.
No account, no surprises
Opening an account for a single fax makes no sense. At FaxTelecom your email address is enough: it confirms the send and carries the tracking link, nothing else.
You see the price before you commit: one page is free, and a longer document is €3.99 including VAT, whether it runs to two pages or fifty. We never add advertising to your documents.
Where FaxTelecom comes from
FaxTelecom is a Dim Solution project. Dim Solution is a small French company building web services around fax. While working on those tools, we kept hearing the same request: “I have to fax my health insurer, a court registry or a pharmacy, and I have neither a line nor a machine.”
So we built a recent service designed from day one for the IP networks replacing copper: a short form, an email confirmation, a transmission you can watch live. The site opened in 2026 and keeps improving based on what its users tell us.
Our commitments
Three principles behind every technical choice and every line of this site.
Your files don’t linger
Encrypted over HTTPS while you upload it, the PDF is used for the send alone, then our system wipes it automatically.
A status you can check
Tracking refreshes every five seconds and, as an option, two PDF receipts record the request and the delivery.
Seven countries, one form
Belgium, Canada, France, Germany, Italy, Portugal, Spain: type the number in its national format and we add the country code.
The people behind the service
A small Dim Solution team designs, runs and develops FaxTelecom. The same people read every message sent to contact@faxtelecom.com.
