With FaxTelecom, a one-page fax is free, with no limit on how many you send. From two pages up, the price is flat: €3.99 including VAT per send, however many pages the document has. This tool counts the pages of your PDF inside your browser and gives you the exact price before you send.

How the price of a fax is worked out

The pricing fits in two lines. One page: nothing to pay and no quota. Two pages or more: €3.99, French VAT of 20% included, whether the document runs to two pages or forty. Payment is by card, through Stripe, when you submit the form and before the confirmation email is sent.

What counts is the number of pages in the PDF you attach. The counter uses the same method as our servers: it reads the file’s page tree, including in modern compressed PDFs, instead of guessing. The figure on screen is therefore the one that sets the price. Everything happens in your browser, so a contract, a referral letter or a pay stub can be tested without leaving your computer.

Then there is the optional delivery-receipt bundle at €2.99: a request receipt and a transmission receipt, both as PDFs, handy as a dated record. They are only charged if the fax is actually delivered. If your document is just over one page, printing it to PDF with “fit to page” is sometimes enough to bring it back to a single sheet.

Questions about fax pricing

Is my PDF uploaded to FaxTelecom when I use the counter?
No. Your browser opens the file locally to count its pages, and nothing is transmitted. It is only sent if you later attach it to the fax form.
Does the price depend on the destination country?
No. The price is the same for all seven destinations: free for one page, €3.99 from two pages, with no surcharge for distance or transmission time.
What if my fax fails?
The price of a multi-page send is charged before transmission. If the fax is not delivered, email contact@faxtelecom.com with the send number and the full amount is credited back to your card. Delivery receipts are never charged for an undelivered fax.
